In accordance with the resolution from the extraordinary board meeting on the 26th of October, 2007, the board of Getupdated Internet Marketing AB (publ) decided on the 26th of March, 2008 to carry out a new share issue carrying preferential rights for the shareholders of Getupdated. The prospectus detailing the terms offered for the new share issue will be available from today the 4th of April for shareholders and the general public.
The prospectus will be distributed to the shareholders in the company starting the 7th of April.
